  • To create an account, click on the person icon or, on a smartphone, select the "Create Account" option in the menu. After entering your email address, you'll receive an email from us with a code, which you'll enter to confirm.​

    After your first purchase, your address will be automatically saved, allowing you to proceed through checkout faster on your next purchase. In your customer account, you can change your address at any time or add a new one. You'll also find all information about your orders and the option to return items.

    You can also delete your account at any time through your profile.

  • To return ordered items, please first submit a return request. To do this, go to the RETURNS section in your customer account and select the items you wish to return.

    If you haven't created an account yet, you can do so now to view all your orders.

  • Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For this reason, no changes can be made after the order has been submitted.​

    However, once the order has been shipped, it's possible to adjust the delivery address or redirect the package through the carrier. You can check these options once you receive your tracking information.

  • Returning items with us is straightforward. Visit your PROFILE to view your orders and follow the steps provided there.

    Please ensure that the items are returned undamaged, clean, and in their original packaging. All products are carefully inspected before shipping.

    If an item is returned damaged, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. You can find all further information under REFUND POLICY.

  • It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. Once the refund has been processed, we will inform you via email.

    If you wish to contact us regarding your return, please have the return receipt ready.

  • We deduct a return fee of €3.00 from the refunded amount for returns.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a link through which you can track your order with the respective delivery service.

  • If an item you like is not available, we recommend regularly checking our social media channels or our website.

  • On each product page, under the "Sizes" tab, you'll find a guide to help you find your appropriate size.

  • If an item has been damaged by you, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.

    However, if only the product packaging is damaged, you will receive a full refund.

    Please handle the products with care to ensure they remain intact and can be returned without any issues.
